Before launch

The final notice must identify the legal entity operating the OneBand website, the data collected through tour enquiries, the processing purposes, retention period, service providers, international transfers and the user’s applicable rights.

Tour sites

Each artist tour site requires its own approved notice reflecting the artist team, ticket seller, payment provider, communications setup and countries involved. Required order data and optional marketing consent must be described separately.
