Everything before
the lights go down.
Ticket delivery, entry, changes, accessibility and the rules that matter on show day.
Where is my ticket?+
After a purchase, the ticket and receipt are sent by email. The order page also explains what happens next.
The email did not arrive. What should I do?+
Open My tickets with the order number from your payment receipt. If you still cannot access it, contact support with the show city and buyer email.
How can I pay?+
Available payment methods are shown at checkout before the order is placed. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on the tour site.
Why can’t I select a seat?+
A grey seat is already unavailable. For a sold-out date, join the waiting list and the tour team will contact you if tickets return.
Can I change the name on a ticket?+
Name-change rules depend on the ticket type and local purchase terms. The confirmed rule is shown on the date page before checkout.
What happens if a show moves?+
The buyer receives a direct update. The date page remains the current source for the confirmed venue, time and entry instructions.
How do refunds work?+
Refunds follow the purchase terms for the specific date and market. A postponed show is not presented as cancelled.
Are the venues accessible?+
Each date page includes venue-specific accessibility information and the contact route for arrangements before the show.
What should I bring to entry?+
Bring the ticket QR code and any ID required by the age or ticket conditions shown on the date page.
Can I buy from a local ticket partner?+
Where a local partner also sells the date, its confirmed channel can remain available alongside the official tour site.
How do I contact support?+
